By using Monolith you accept these terms. If you disagree with them, do not use the app.
What the app is
Monolith is a focus timer: you pick a duration, the app counts it, and when it ends a block is added to your tower. It is a habit tool — not an educational, medical or psychological service — and it guarantees no academic outcome.
Your content
The subjects you create and your history are yours and live on your device. We do not access them. Backing up your iPhone is your responsibility: if you delete the app, that data is gone.
Monolith Pro (subscription)
- Monolith Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly. The price is shown in the app in your currency before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it any time in iOS Settings → your account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period already paid stays active until it ends.
- Studying and building your tower is free and needs no subscription. Pro unlocks unlimited subjects, full history and high-resolution sharing.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to decompile, alter or resell the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
